I’m going to have a booth at Lambtown in Dixon, CA next Saturday July 19th, so if you’re in the neighborhood or up for a road trip, come on by and check it out! I’m hoping to have 2 new Fiber Fiend creations to debut: a felted cabled purse design called Wanda knit up in Fiber Fiend Bulky Wool in the Woods colorway (Ravelry Link) and a bunch of new hand-sewn sock needle cases! Of course I’ll have all of my other patterns on hand with samples as well as all of my hand-dyed yarn and fiber, hand-sewn project bags, handmade soaps, and my Fiber Fiend tote bags, t-shirts, and lapel pins. I’ll have two different kinds of Louet drop spindles as well.

Here’s a sneak peek of Wanda unfelted:

The cable detail:

And the seed stitch bottom (and side panels) for extra reinforcement:

There are more photos in the Flickr photo set, and you can find my Ravelry project here!

Perhaps even more exciting is that my mom, an oil painter, painted three small oil on canvas scenic paintings and three small acrylic on paper comical paintings of sheep for me to sell and I’ve made greeting cards from all of these sheep paintings to sell at Lambtown and later online! I don’t have pictures of those to share right now, but maybe later!

I’ll leave you with a photo of my Trees Baby Sweater sample body, since Pauline gave the sample she knit to her adorable grandson (in the photo below)!
