I love sock yarn. I have three new sock yarns as of Stitches West: Soft & Sturdy Sock, Panda Sock, and Shiny Sock. Panda Sock and Shiny Sock sold out in many colors, so I’m going to have to order more and dye it up soon!

Migraines are not good. Especially when they last 5 days. I’m feeling better now and hope to get back to regularly scheduled programming (blogging and updating the store & Ravelry) tomorrow. I expected new dye in the mail 2 weeks ago, so I’m hoping it gets here soon so I can get back to work!

I’m trying to catch up with myself and make webpages for all my new patterns & yarns and put them all up on Ravelry, but there’s a lot to cover so it’s taking me a while!

Today I’ll show you all of my new worsted weight yarn and I’ll try to catch up some more tomorrow!

First up is Yumm, my new single-ply worsted-weight 100% fine wool yarn, put up in extra large 125g/250yd skeins. I dyed 26 lb. of this yarn in 4 colors, and used 5 skeins for my Seascape Sweater, which I’ll tell you more about soon.

Here’s Into the Sea, the color I used for my sweater:

Here’s Into the Earth:

Into the Woodlands:

Into the Fire:

Here’s the Ravelry link.

Next is Yumm Silk, which I plan to knit another Seascape Sweater with, with 3/4-length sleeves. I only have 1 lb. of this yarn so far, and I dyed it in the Into the Earth colorway. You can order it as a special order and I’ll dye some up in any color you want when it arrives.

You can see more pictures on flickr.

Here’s the Ravelry link.

Next is Worsted Wool, first in the Amethyst colorway:
