Stitches West is in 1 week!
The good news is that I’ve dyed 17,000g of yarn in the past week!! That’s 17kg or 37.4lb of yarn! The other awesome news is that I won Lolly‘s blog contest & 2 quilting books!
The bad news is that I think I created a bone spur on my right index finger while winding yarn from cones into skeins last night… it hurts… hmm… I also had a little skeinwinder accident during which I created a giant tangled ball of yarn, but I stayed up until 1:30am untangling it, so it’s all good now…
Next up will be dyeing the 57 skeins of sock yarn I finished winding last night, with Mary‘s help. Thanks Mary!
And more skeining, with a different grip on the skeinwinder handle… and labeling, and packaging, and printing patterns, and collating, and stuffing, and putting price tags on them, and… oh, yeah! Finishing my new sweater pattern along with the sample. It’s going to be a busy week!!!

Eek! Don’t hurt yourself. Do you want a hand with some of that over the weekend?

I had a blast “helping” with my tiny contribution. Let me know if I can help with labeling, skeining, or anything else. I’m here to help the team!
