Spinnity had commented that blue and green don’t contrast really well, so I decided to knit this Lizard Swirl Baby Sweater in brown and green, for my nephew who was born on Halloween!
It’s the 3-month size. I lengthened the sleeves, because it’s cold in Iowa, where the baby lives.
The yarn is Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in Lime and Taupe. I used size US8 needles.
And frog buttons!! Reptiles go with amphibians, right?

I really like the long sleeves! The contrasting colors look great togther. I’d like to see that sweater in more color combinations. I think your new nephew will look really cute in it!
