Sorry I’m a bit late with these pictures…
Two cool people came over and carved pumpkins with me… SCARY pumpkins!

My pumpkin might have had a mustache… he might have been French…

Oh la la!
R and I might have dressed up as Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering from the 25th Century…

Do you think we did a good job?

Spinnity had commented that blue and green don’t contrast really well, so I decided to knit this Lizard Swirl Baby Sweater in brown and green, for my nephew who was born on Halloween!

It’s the 3-month size. I lengthened the sleeves, because it’s cold in Iowa, where the baby lives.

The yarn is Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in Lime and Taupe. I used size US8 needles.

And frog buttons!! Reptiles go with amphibians, right?

This is 224 yd / 3.5 oz. of 50% Mulberry Silk / 50% Superfine Merino from Blue Moon Fiber Arts in the Obsidian colorway.

It’s super soft, about worsted-weight. It’s 2-ply.

Thanks for another fun spin-in, Spinnity!

This A-Line skirt from Amy Butler’s Barcelona Skirts was a really quick sew! I might be making more of these in the future…
